Refunds are always made using the same payment method used for the order. If you no longer have the card you used to purchase, we recommend that you contact your bank so that they can help us.
If you have not received the refund information email, please check that the email address linked to the purchase is correct. If the return is made through the home collection service or the delivery point, the return will be processed once the goods have arrived at our location. Once the process is complete, you will receive an email with the details of the return.
If the items have been sent in multiple boxes, we will be able to process the return at different times. We will send you an email confirming the details of each of them.

Some of our items are available online at elisasanna.com. To know the availability of an article of your interest, simply click on it. At this point, two possibilities open up:
If the ‘add to shopping bag’ option appears for that particular size, you can purchase online. We inform you that only the available sizes will be displayed. Or, in this case, you can select the ‘notify me’ option and enter your e-mail: we will contact you when it is available.
If a particular item of your interest is not available online, in this case you will see the wording “pre-order”, which means that it is a special piece.

Our pre-order models are special pieces that will be made for you. When choosing your size from our size chart, make sure your measurements match the specifications of the size chart. Remember to check your size before ordering the pre-order models, as they are entitled to the ‘non-return’ policy, as they are made specifically for you.
You can create an account as an Elisa Sanna customer by clicking the ‘Account’ button in the top menu bar. Then, click on “create an account” and fill in the required fields marked with an asterisk. Finally, click the ‘register’ button. You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided during the account creation process. To place an order, add an item to your cart by clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button on the selected item tab. It is important to indicate, if necessary, the desired size and quantity. After selecting the items, finalize the order from the shopping cart with ‘order confirmation’.
Some of our elisasanna items are available for pre-order online. Before proceeding with the payment, you will be able to modify or validate the cart and select the delivery method. At this point you must indicate the delivery and billing address by choosing one of the following two options:
  • Sign in if you already have an account at www.elisasanna.com
  • Create an elisasanna account if you are placing an order on elisasanna.com for the first time.

Once you have placed your order, it will no longer be possible to change your delivery address.
To complete your order, you must indicate your payment method. In the next few minutes you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number to track the package.

After validation of the order, preparation will take place within 14 days plus delivery days (excluding Sundays and holidays).

All items: 10 days, including delivery.
Pre-order items: 14 days + delivery days.
In Progress: The order has been validated and is being prepared.
Completed: Your order has been shipped to the delivery address indicated at the time of online purchase. You can track your order via the tracking number provided by connecting to the following address. Pending: Payment for your order has not been finalized; a team member will contact you as soon as possible to assist you with your order.
Cancelled: The order has been cancelled by the user or due to the unavailability of the item. It is also possible that the payment of the order has not been confirmed.
You can return any item you ordered within 10 days from the date of receipt. Elisa Sanna offers two return methods: online or in our Milan boutique. At the time of return, store the item(s) in the original packaging, accompanied by the accessories and documents provided (instructions, guarantees, certificates of authenticity). It is recommended to take all possible precautions to ensure the integrity of the returned product.
Items that are not returned, returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, dirty or in any other condition that may reasonably suggest that they have been used or worn, shall not be refunded or replaced.
Similarly, custom-sized pre-ordered items, made according to and/or at the customer’s request or retouched items that have been opened after delivery, cannot be replaced or returned.
